Participants of the Olivier Roellinger Contest, « for the preservation of ocean resources », share a passion for cooking, a respect for the products and the willingness to contribute to the preservation of the oceans. The Crew of Sea Cooks brings together all these young chefs and future catering professionals in order to allow them to remain informed, share their experiences, and become at their own level, ambassadors for sea resources.

A captain

Olivier Roellinger has wished to extend, beyond the annual Contest that he sponsors, his strong desire to transmit his interest and affection for the sea and for cooking. He therefore assumes with passion and commitment the role of Captain of this crew.

A cape

The captain and his crew represent a new vision of cuisine by giving to the profession an additional meaning, that of giving pleasure and also of preserving the resources for the future generations
